The bulk of the holidays are over for most as autumn approaches.
Kennedys have seen a good level of completions in August; however
the second half of the month has been relatively quiet due to the
season, but we are looking forward to a busy September. We have
already seen a rise in the level of interest from prospective
purchasers registering with us, many looking for homes in the
£400,000 to £700,000 price range. The next three to four
months are a key time for sales. Traditionally there is a flurry of
activity for those who would like to sell or to move into a new
house before Christmas so watch this space for new instructions
over the next few weeks.
