The holiday season is in full flight with many visitors making
their way to West Dorset’s coast and countryside. Early
August is proving to be a strong month for sales, despite its
reputation for being the ‘quiet’ month when many
families concentrate on holidays not house sales we have had strong
levels of viewings and some very satisfied vendors and purchasers
agreeing on sales.
New to the market with Kennedys are two super houses close to the
square in Beaminster. This is a pretty small town with an excellent
