The last three months have been a busy time with good levels of
interest in town and village houses and bungalows. We have had good
numbers of viewings which have lead to many successful sales. We
welcome our new homeowners in Bridport town centre and outskirts,
Bradpole, Walditch, and West Bay. Salway Ash, Beaminster,
Netherbury and Burton Bradstock along the coast to Abbotsbury. In
many cases we have purchasers specifically hoping to find homes in
these areas.
West Dorset with Bridport at its heart remains very popular.
Despite or maybe because of the relentlessly downbeat news the
Bridport area is a fashionable and desirable place to move to
providing an excellent quality of life even in difficult
times.
Period homes, those with character which are well presented and
recently renovated homes are much in demand. New instructions for
