The summer market continues to be very encouraging for those
selling their home or hoping to buy in West Dorset. Kennedys have
seen lots of good buyers interested in the strong level of new
instructions to the market. Most in demand have been country or
village properties, location rather than size being the driving
force here. Two bedroom cottages with good views and a nice setting
being just as sort after as the larger family sized house. We have
seen a number of new families looking to relocate and character
homes have been a priority.
To complement this we have three individual homes in special
locations just come to the market. They have 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms
respectively and all enjoy very special views and lovely locations.
