COVID-19 ADVICE

The health of our team, clients and members of the public is of utmost importance to us and our high street office is closed in accordance with Government regulations.

Our team are working pro-actively from home with full and secure access to our systems to continue to provide as full a service as possible to support our clients with the same excellent customer care and dedication.

  • Viewings - Obviously for everyones' safety we cannot arrange or attend any viewings in person but are doing our utmost to provide additional photos, information and virtual viewings via video where we can.  Please feel free to get in touch to register your interest and to discuss our properties with our team who all have first-hand experience and knowledge of our portfolio.
  • Current Home Views - Most home moves are currently on hold at present, unless classified as critical.  Home removal companies are not operating as this is not essential movement and cannot be carried out safely.  However, if you have a sale agreed we will work with all parties to arrange a moving date when appropriate.
  • Conveyancing - If you have recently made an offer on a property or accepted an offer on your property we will manage the chain and progression in liason with all parties as usual. Conveyancing solicitors are working hard and this can still be progressed up to exchange of contracts as per usual.
  • Mortgages - We are aware of certain changes to mortgages being offered and we can recommend an Independent Financial Advisor to advise on this as the situation is changing rapidly.
  • Thinking of Selling? - If you are considering selling your property we are able to offer a free market appraisal by virtual methods or discussion with yourselves given our extensive local knowledge and experience.  We can be working to promote your property to our existing and new clients and to discuss your particular marketing requirements.
  • The market - We are still seeing customers registering to buy homes with us and to express interest in properties to be able to forward swiftly with their plans after lockdown so there is no need to put your property sale or purchase plans on hold.
  • Use this time to get ahead - We are advising all of our current sellers and those thinking of selling to use this time to get the ball rolling by ensuring that all relevant paperwork, guarantees and details are sourced and a solicitor instructed to prepare as much as possible on the legal side in order to reduce timescales once a buyer is found.
